Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my job slot limit?

The Mini plan allows up to 5 active jobs. Pro gives you 15 active jobs. Max and Enterprise include unlimited job slots.

Is there an annual commitment? How do I cancel?

No, there is no annual commitment - you can choose monthly billing and cancel anytime from the dashboard with no extra fees. Annual billing is optional and comes with a discount. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for yearly plans.

Can I try the platform before paying?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free personalised demo, and during the call you can request a trial period with real data. If you've already paid and aren't satisfied, a 14-day money-back guarantee applies - contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

What's included in AI assist?

Mini includes 10 AI CV screenings per month. Pro adds unlimited CV screening plus 100 AI content generations per month (job descriptions, career pages). Max and Enterprise get unlimited AI usage.

How does seat pricing work on Max?

Max includes up to 25 team members. If you need more, each additional seat is €15/month, billed automatically. Enterprise removes the limit entirely.

What does Enterprise include?

Enterprise starts at €699/month and adds SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, EU data residency guarantees, custom DPAs, dedicated CSM, custom integrations, and SLAs. Recommended for organisations with 500+ employees. Contact us at info@talentika.lt for a tailored quote.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your data stays yours. Before cancelling you can export everything (job postings, applications, ratings, documents) in structured JSON or XLSX format. After cancellation, data is kept inactive for 30 days - during this window you can still download an export or reactivate your plan. After that, all data is automatically and permanently deleted in line with GDPR.

Are onboarding help and training included in the plan price?

Yes, every plan includes personalised onboarding - we help configure your career page, migrate existing data, and train your team. Pro and higher plans also include tailored team training sessions. Enterprise customers get a dedicated customer success manager. There are no extra setup fees.
